Yet another project with the wonderful people at CHN, produced by Shelly Kamanitz, the Hometown Heroes title sequence plays to open a special news segment on the CHN Network in California. The series shines its spotlight on not-so-average members of the communuity who strive to help others in every way they can. Supported by every local newspaper, the idea with this animaiton was to have the newspaper mastheads build on to makup the contents of the Hometown Heroes logo, showing how small pieces make up the larger whole.

Upside, a show that airs on the CHN Network in California, highlights current events in panel-style discussion with an "upbeat" twist. No matter what the topic, the show's members attempt to discuss and visualize the positive side of any news headlines.

Wide Open Outdoors was my very first foray into the world of the outdoor and sportsman genre. I had been wanting to break into this genre for quite some time, and finally got the opportunity when Chris Allison of Smokey Mountain Adventures contacted me to design his show open and broadcast package. The resulting 1-minute open follows the stars of Wide Open Outdoors around the country, as they go on expeditions hunting a wide varitey of wild game.
